Cancellation policy for goods sent by post
right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the goods.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send us (Louna Lashes, Riesenwaldstrasse 5, 77797, phone +491786972859, email: info@lounalashes.com) a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email) about your decision to revoke this contract. You can use the attached sample revocation form for this, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication regarding your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
We only accept returns from Lounalashes.com
- Discounted / sale items are final and cannot be returned.
- For reasons of hygiene, the returned items must not be open or show any visible signs of use. If your order is returned after 14 days or the item(s) appear used and opened you are only entitled to a store credit.
- Defective Product: If an item is deemed defective, please email info@lounalashes.com and include your name, order number and a photo of the product. Defective items must be reported within 7 days of receipt. After 14 days, customers are only entitled to a store credit. If the product is deemed defective by lounalashes.com, you are entitled to a refund or a replacement of the same item.
- Incorrect or damaged order.
- Please email info@lounalashes.com within 7 days of delivery with any discrepancies with orders, such as errors or damaged products. A photo of the package and/or item must be included in the email to allow Louna Lashes to process the error or damaged products. All issues must be fully resolved within 14 days from the delivery date for safety reasons.
- Packages returned to lounalashes.com due to an incomplete address, undeliverable address, refused package and return to sender are considered returned.
Consequences of revocation
If you revoke this contract, we have paid you all payments that we have received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us have), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged fees for this repayment.
We may refuse repayment until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
TRANSIT DAMAGE
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such defects to the deliverer as soon as possible and contact us immediately. The omission of a complaint or contact has no consequences for your legal claims and their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. However, they help us to be able to assert our own claims against the carrier or transport insurance.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
